International World Hearing Day 2022
We screen populations at risk of visual and auditory impairment due to occupational exposure or predisposition for one reason or the other.
The World Hearing day 2022 had as theme “To hear for life, listen with care” with focus on the importance and means of hearing loss prevention through safe listening both at work and during leisure.
Our team was elated to participate with free screening of workers, educative seminars and distribution of earplugs for prevention. This went a long way to sensitize people on the possible hazards of noise induced hearing loss, whether occupational or not.
